How policy changes work
- CalHired may revise the service, the Terms, and linked policies at any time.
- The version posted on the CalHired website is the current controlling version, and you can review it at any time.
- Non-material changes may take effect when posted without separate notice.
- Material changes that reduce your rights, increase your obligations, change recurring pricing or renewal terms, change material privacy practices, or otherwise require notice or consent will receive the notice and consent that applicable law requires.
- Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
- The Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy will not be changed to retroactively remove a refund or cancellation right that applicable law requires.
