Enforcement
CalHired may block suspicious requests before processing and without consuming an allowance. Depending on severity and history, CalHired may warn the user, temporarily restrict AI activity, require verification, suspend the account, revoke promotional access, or terminate confirmed abuse. Automated detection alone will not ordinarily cause permanent deletion without human review, except where immediate action is legally required to protect users or systems.

A user may appeal an account restriction by emailing support@calhired.com. The appeal should include the account email, relevant request, and explanation. CalHired may preserve security and audit records while reviewing the appeal.
