How an evaluation is counted
An evaluation is used when CalHired completes an assessment, even when the result is that you may not qualify or the position may not be a strong fit.
How a packet is counted
A packet is used when you create application materials for one job. Each packet includes one tailored resume, one written document (a Statement of Qualifications or a cover letter), interview preparation, and one AI-assisted revision for that packet.
Common questions
- What happens if I run out of evaluations?
- Your remaining count is shown before every evaluation. When the count reaches zero, you can wait for the next billing period or move to the Plus plan.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Both plans can be cancelled at any time.
- Does CalHired submit applications for me?
- No. You submit your own application. CalHired helps you decide and prepare.
