These general terms apply to CalHired promotions and giveaways unless campaign-specific terms state otherwise. Each campaign must publish the sponsor, eligibility, territory, entry method, start and end time, available benefit, redemption deadline, number of awards or redemptions, selection method, and any additional restrictions.
No purchase is necessary for a giveaway where required by law.
Promotion codes are personal, nontransferable, have no cash value, and may be limited to one redemption per person or account.
Codes may expire, have limited redemptions, and may not stack with another offer.
Complimentary access ends on the disclosed date and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Recurring billing begins only after separate affirmative purchase and renewal consent.
CalHired may disqualify fraud, duplicate accounts, automated entries, manipulated engagement, or violations of platform rules.
A social platform hosting or discussing the campaign is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser unless expressly stated.
CalHired may substitute an equivalent benefit or cancel a campaign when legally permitted and reasonably necessary.
