CalHired provides support by email for account, billing, technical, AI-output, privacy, security, promotion, and appeal requests. Support responses assist with the service but do not provide legal, employment, or official eligibility advice.

What to include
Include your account email, the request category, the relevant job workspace or transaction date, and screenshots where helpful. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information. CalHired may remove unnecessary sensitive information.
Response targets
CalHired's target is an initial response within 2 business days. Security reports are prioritized upon receipt. This is a target, not a guaranteed service level, and complex matters may require additional time.
Customer responsibilities
Provide an accurate description, reproduce steps where practical, identify the affected job or packet, and respond to reasonable verification requests. Duplicate requests may be combined. Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or repetitive submissions may be restricted under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Refund and allowance decisions
Support personnel may restore allowances or issue refunds only under documented authorization. A support response does not modify the Terms unless an authorized CalHired representative expressly states the modification in writing. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Privacy and legal requests
Privacy requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines. CalHired may verify identity before acting.
